The cocktail engineer

After fourteen years in Denmark, Sergio has learned to balance two worlds — engineering by training, and cocktail craft by passion. Behind the bar at Strøm, precision comes naturally to him. Measurements matter, structure matters, but so does intuition. Working mostly with the classics, he treats each cocktail like a small system of balance and tension, where every ingredient has its place. While preparing his Poetry vodka cocktail, Sergio speaks about drinks the way an engineer might describe design — elegant when simple, powerful when everything works together just right.
