How to Enter (Instagram Rules)
To make sure your entry is counted, you must follow these exact steps on Instagram:
Record Your Video: Film yourself reading an original poem that you have written.
Keep it Vertical: Your video must be filmed vertically as an Instagram Reel.
Invite Collaborators: Before posting your Reel, you must use Instagram's "Invite Collaborators" feature and add these two accounts:

Important Note: You must use the official "Invite Collaborator" tool so the video appears on our feeds. Simply tagging us in the caption or description will not count as a valid entry!

By entering, you grant Poetry Spirits Official and Dave Stewart permission to share your video on their official social media channels.
Multiple entries are allowed, but each poem must be submitted as a separate video.
